Accessibility statement
How accessible oneBase is under the European Accessibility Act.
1. Scope of this statement
This statement applies to the public website onebase.cz — the home page, the product pages (GravBase, PetBase, Předprodejka, TeamBase), the blog, the knowledge base, the legal documents and the forms for contacting us, subscribing to the newsletter and customer support.
Issued under Czech Act No. 424/2023 Coll., on accessibility requirements for certain products and services, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) into Czech law.
2. Compliance status
The website complies with the EN 301 549 standard, i.e. with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, with the exceptions listed in section 3.
3. Known exceptions and non-accessible content
- The logged-in part of the platform (administration, product management, helpdesk interface) has not yet undergone a full audit. We are working on it and will fix any findings on an ongoing basis.
- The target size of the links in the footer is below 24 × 24 px. WCAG 2.1 AA does not require this (it is a criterion from the newer version 2.2), but we still plan to fix it.
- Editorial content (blog and knowledge base articles) may contain older images without a text alternative. New articles have descriptions and we are adding them to older ones.
4. How we assessed accessibility
This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out on 30 July 2026. We combined automated testing (Lighthouse and axe-core on the public pages) with manual checks — keyboard operation, focus visibility, heading structure, form field labels and color contrast. In addition, automated tests check the core rules with every code change so that fixed issues don't come back.
5. Feedback and contact
Have you run into a barrier that keeps you from accessing content? Write to us — please describe the page and what didn't work. We will reply within 30 days at the latest, and in the meantime we'll gladly provide the information you need by other means.
Email: info@onebase.cz
6. Enforcement procedure
If we do not respond to your feedback or you are not satisfied with how it was handled, you can contact the authority that supervises compliance with accessibility requirements — for e-commerce services this is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1 (www.coi.cz).
Statement prepared on: 30 July 2026
We update it after every further audit or significant change to the website.
