Terms of use

1. Introductory provisions

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the oneBase platform and all of its products (GravBase, PetBase, Předprodejka, TeamBase). By using the platform, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

The oneBase platform is operated by the oneBase project, based in the Czech Republic (the “Operator”).

2. Registration and user account

Registration is required to use most of the platform’s services. When registering, the user must provide true and up-to-date information. Each user may hold only one account.

The user is responsible for securing their account and password. The Operator accepts no liability for losses caused by unauthorized access to the account.

3. Conditions of use of the services

The user undertakes to:

• Use the platform in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic and the EU
• Not use the services for unlawful purposes or to disseminate inappropriate content
• Respect the rights of other users and third parties
• Not interfere with the technical operation of the platform
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data

4. Availability of services

The oneBase platform is provided “as is”. The Operator makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned outages will be announced in advance.

The Operator reserves the right to change features, the interface and the terms of the services with prior notice by email or by an announcement on the platform.

5. Payment terms

Pricing for individual products is stated on their respective pages. Some services may be available free of charge in a basic scope; extended features may require payment.

Předprodejka is free of charge for organizers — the organizer pays nothing for tickets sold; the buyer pays a service fee at the time of purchase. The amount of the fee is stated on the product page.

6. Intellectual property

All content of the platform (design, code, texts, graphics, logos) is protected by copyright and is the property of the Operator. The user may not copy, distribute or otherwise use the content of the platform without prior written consent.

Content created by the user within the services remains the property of the user. The Operator obtains a license to it only to the extent necessary to provide the services.

7. Limitation of liability

The Operator is not liable for damage resulting from service outages, data loss caused by force majeure, or the conduct of third parties. The Operator’s total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination of account

The user may close their account at any time by contacting support. In the event of a breach of these Terms, the Operator may suspend or close the account without prior notice.

After the account is closed, personal data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy, with the exception of data that the Operator is required to retain for statutory reasons.

9. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall preferably be resolved amicably and, failing that, by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms. The user will be informed of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
