How much does it cost to create an event?
Creating an event is completely free. As the organiser, you receive 100% of the ticket price — the 10% service fee is paid by the customer at checkout. Alternatively, you can choose a flat-rate package.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and bank transfers. All payments are secure and encrypted.
How do the QR codes on tickets work?
Every ticket has a unique QR code. When buyers register, they receive an email with their ticket and QR code. At the entrance, you simply scan it with our mobile app.
Can I create multiple ticket types?
Yes, you can create as many ticket types as you like, each with its own price — for example Standard, Student, Senior, VIP and so on.
How does it integrate with OneBase?
Connect Předprodejka to your OneBase/PetBase account and event and member data will sync automatically.
Can I sell tickets on site?
Yes, you can create tickets manually in the admin panel for on-site sales. Every ticket comes with a QR code for scanning.
