oneBase is a platform of connected products — from ticket sales (Předprodejka) and dog club management (PetBase) to laser engraving (GravBase) and team collaboration (TeamBase). All under one account.
➤Is oneBase free?
It depends on the product. Předprodejka is free for organizers — you pay nothing per ticket sold; the buyer pays a service fee at checkout. Our other products have individual pricing models, from free basic plans to extended versions.
➤Where is my data stored?
All data is hosted on servers in the EU, in full compliance with the GDPR. We use encrypted connections and regular backups for maximum security.
➤Can I use several products at once?
Yes! That's the main advantage of oneBase. One account gives you access to every product on the platform, and switching between them is instant and seamless.
➤How can I contact support?
