How much does it cost to switch from another system?
Migration is completely free on all annual plans. We take care of importing your data and make sure everything goes smoothly, with nothing lost along the way.
How long does onboarding take?
A standard rollout takes 2–4 weeks. If you need to move faster, we offer express onboarding in 5 days for an additional fee of 4 990 CZK.
Can we try the system first?
Of course! We offer a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. You get full access to every feature of your chosen plan.
Is the system secure?
PetBase is hosted in the EU and fully GDPR compliant. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We run daily backups and offer a 99.9% SLA.
Do you support animals other than dogs?
Yes! PetBase is a universal platform used by clubs for dogs, horses, cats, birds and other animals. The system adapts to the species you work with.
Can we add custom fields?
Yes, the system is fully flexible. You can add custom fields for data specific to your club. The Smečka plan also includes an API for your own integrations.
